Essential Roles Answer incoming call volume and respond to email inquiries Use CRM/ERP to complete all transactions Offer basic trouble shooting on our various products Answer inquiries from dealers and end users looking for products Answer warranty related questions Communicate within other departments to resolve issues Other duties as assigned Work Environment The work environment is in a shared office space.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
